We want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Tumble purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all rug pads and accessories are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
